There’s nothing quite like a tray of BBQ piled high with tender brisket, smoky pulled pork, barbecued chicken, flavorful ribs, slaw, and beans. There’s a variety of regional BBQ styles across the U.S., and we love them all. We love monstrous beef ribs from Mighty Quinn’s in NYC, juicy brisket from Franklin Barbecue in Austin, and rib tips from Bludso’s BBQ in L.A. And sometimes, there’s just nothing better than smoking your very own pork shoulder in your backyard smoker at home.

There’s a great big world of fantastic barbecue out there. So if you’re looking for some lunch inspiration, get up from your desk, find the closest barbecue joint to you, and go H.A.M. on some meat.
