We've been on the Internet for a while now, and we've seen our fare share of ridiculous food mash-ups over the years, but this Frankenstein monster might take the proverbial cake. Intagrammer Tym Bussanich—the same lunatic that took a bong rip out of an In-N-Out Double-Double earlier this month—just created his own version of the deep-dish pizza by stuffing two pies full of McDonald's cheeseburgers. What has the world come to?
To make the aptly titled "Stoners Deluxe XXL," Bussanich first layers a cheese pizza with seven greasy burgers straight from the Golden Arches. Then, he tops the patties with yet another pie, followed by pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, olives, tomatoes, olives, and way, way more cheese. From there, Bussanich bakes the monstrosity in the oven for 35 minutes at 350 degrees, melting the cheese until it turns golden brown, and slicing into the Chicago-style pie so all that McDonald's cheeseburger-goodness starts to fall out.
How, exactly, did Bussanich accomplish this culinary feat, you ask ? "I went to Papa Murphy's and bought their Chicago stuffed crust pizza, but told them to put all the toppings on the side," he told Foodbeast. "Then I went to McDonald's and bought seven regular cheeseburgers."
Sometimes the best things in life are also the simplest.
