Not that we needed more reasons to admire David Chang, but about a month ago the Momofuku head honcho rescued a shelter dog and named it Seve Chang (after pro golfer Seve Ballesteros).

I went outside today. Had to be carried in my papas bag for my dr visit.

As you can see, the official Momofuku puppy is face-meltingly cute, and his dad generously started an Instagram account to share that adorable face with the world.

This is what we know about @momo_seve so far: He loves ice cubes (we’re not sure how he feels about pork buns).

This is me eating up all the ice in nyc. De nada.

For all of Momofuku’s branding savvy (here’s DC talking about how he came up with the name Momofuku), it is an inalienable truth of our virtual age that if you want people to pay attention to you on the internet, all you really need is an adorable puppy.
