You probably like to put a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce in your Bloody Marys and micheladas. But do you know how to pronounce the name of the dark brown fermented condiment?

This Italian dude sure doesn’t.

“I don’t know what kind of country this came from, but I’m Italian—so I’ll read in Italian now,” says Youtube chef Pasquale Sciarappa, after struggling with the name.

Maybe he should take a cue from some Latin American countries, where the condiment is simply referred to as “English Sauce,” or salsa inglesa.

So, how do you pronounce the name “Worcestershire”? Listen to the vid below, and never mess the pronunciation up again.
