Poutine has undergone a number of transformations in recent years, including a cheesy beef poutine pizza, ramen poutine, and poutine soda. A Montreal restaurant has even gone so far as to offer a bacon poutine smothered in homemade Jägermeister sauce. But leave it to the bros behind Epic Meal Time, a YouTube cooking show known for it’s calorie-laden, meat-fueled creations, to take the dish to the next level. In this week’s episode, EMT combines deep-fried sushi “French fries” with rice balls to create a mutant poutine.

In the three-minute video, the team slices and fries thick slabs of bacon and cooks pots of rice over a stove. Host Harley Morenstein instructs his viewers to mix vinegar with the rice “until it’s so white it’s favorite rapper is Iggy Azalea.” That rice is then pressed on to sushi paper and layered with the bacon, fish, and caviar before it’s rolled up and sent to die in the deep fryer. Instead of cheese curds, the team combines the rolls with golf ball-sized spheres of rice, before spooning globs of spicy mayo all over the dish. The meal packs a nauseating 38,575 calories and 2,560 grams of fat. Yum?

Can we also point out the incredible bacon alley-oop into the frying pan that happens at 0:47? Ridiculous.
