Brooklyn-based creamery OddFellows Ice Cream Co. presents its latest concoction: the OddFellows banana split. Even bananas are drooling.
The creamery is owned by husband-and-wife team Mohan and Holiday Kumar and chef Sam Mason (formerly of wd~50). The trio creates small-batch ice cream using locally-sourced dairy ingredients from Battenkill Valley Creamery, and they pasteurize their own mix in-house. OddFellows is remarkable not only for its ethics but also for its unusual and remarkable ice cream flavors.
