You can already take a 360-degree tour of Everest Base Camp and the ancient Pyramids of Giza on Google Street View.

For its latest Street View series, Google shot 360-degree imagery of over 80 vineyards and breweries across California, depicting everything from the tasting room at Drake’s Brewing in San Leandro to rolling hills and sprawling grapevines at Schramsberg Vineyards in Calistoga. Why did Google start with California for its winery and brewery 360-degree imagery? A spokesperson for Google tells First We Feast,

We focused on California this time around, as these businesses are in Google’s backyard and it’s part of a larger Street View launch of California landmarks and parks, like the Yosemite El Capitan imagery that was released last week. That said, we think it would be very cool to focus more on breweries around the country.
